Summary
Amends the
National Measurement Act 1960
to: require grocery retailers to display unit prices of products sold by measure, weight or volume; provide for a penalty regime for breaches; appoint unit pricing inspectors to monitor compliance; and require the secretary to undertake certain guidance functions.
